Mindfulness is defined as the quality or mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations without judgment. With mindfulness, it is possible to awaken to the many mysteries, challenges, and miracles of our existence.  Mindful Lifestyle Coaching offers clients the guidance necessary to bring greater depth and quality to all nuances of their life. 

Who is it for?

Mindful lifestyle coaching is for anyone who might not necessarily be looking for psychotherapeutic treatment at this time, but who is looking for ways in which to discover more about their personal connection between mind, body, and spirit on a daily basis.
