I am a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Yoga teacher, and Certified Reiki Practitioner. I currently hold a master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Professional Counseling from Columbia College Chicago. My work is rooted in a holistic, person-centered approach to positive psychology and humanistic theory, with an emphasis on creative expression. I have experience working in both clinical and community-based settings with children, adolescents, adults, elderly, caregivers, couples, and families.

I understand the courage it takes to initially ask for help during difficult times, and I applaud those who seek guidance towards a life of health and happiness. I am passionate about providing a supportive, empathic, safe, and nonjudgmental environment throughout the healing journey of my clients. I believe everyone possesses the tools necessary to heal and move forward on their own personal journey towards a more joyful and fulfilling life.
