(He/Him)

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Oakland University in Rochester, MI. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals who are looking for a space where they can be fully themselves—without masking, explaining, or feeling like they need to fit into someone else’s definition of “normal.”

Whether you’re navigating life as an autistic adult, living with ADHD, or exploring your neurodivergent identity later in life, I offer therapy that is affirming, collaborative, and tailored to your unique wiring. I also support individuals dealing with burnout, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and the emotional toll of constantly having to “pass” in a neurotypical world.

I approach therapy through a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed lens. That means I don’t see neurodivergence as something to “fix,” but as a natural variation in human experience. My work is grounded in curiosity, respect, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and understood.

If you’re looking for a therapist who gets it—someone who will meet you where you are, celebrate your strengths, and help you create systems that work for you—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
